App doesn’t allow me to sign in. I have asked for help and haven’t received any for weeks now

The app worked well in the beginning but when i got a new phone the app doesn’t work anymore once i entered my apple id It crashes once it’s entered and i did uninstall the app and installed it again

where do I even start? I’m new to travelling and don’t have much experience, not because I don’t want to, but largely because I thought it was too difficult to actually do. If it’s not a family trip, it’s a trip with friends that never actually leaves the group chat. Travelling solo seemed to be the only option, and that was SCARY. Going to a different country with different people and only myself to rely on, faced with the thought of being alone, without anyone to keep me company, seemed too much to do. I was determined to do it though, but had no idea how I’d find friends or likeminded people. That is until I found TripBFF! An app to meet super awesome fellow travellers, navigating the world the same way I am, and sharing life-changing experiences together? Sign me up! Planning trips together? How cool?! On top of that, the app has been so helpful in actually planning my first trip, because it’s not only for meeting people but also for posting useful advice from veteran travellers to newbies like me. This app made me so excited about travelling and took the fear right out of this daunting experience. I can’t recommend it enough! Go download it right now. Like now. I’m waiting. See you there 😉

It’s not like others application Just download it and you will find people to hang out with

There seems to be an issue on here with men sending messages to women under the guise of “trying to get to know them” and once they’re rejected they send very nasty hateful messages. This isn’t a dating app, it’s to find people to travel with and activities to do. I don’t like that I’ve had this app not even a week and already dealt with multiple men being weird and then hateful towards me. This is something that needs to be monitored better for me to fully enjoy it.

At the surface the app seems great, but the more you try to use it the more you realize there are significant flaws. I tried to add a trip to Big Bend National Park but the app doesn’t seem to recognize the park or even the nearby town as a destination. The best I could do is add El Paso as the destination which still doesn’t make sense given its 4 hours away from Big Bend. Additionally, there’s no way to search for trips in a specific date range. This is really important for people who aren’t picky about where they are going but have limited time availability. The idea of the app is great but there needs to be significant upgrades.

I loved the app, I just wish it was a bit easier to add things like places traveled manually and personalize your profile more.
