If you book too many night stay with this service they will not repay you if you don’t stay the full duration of booking for example if your on a business trip and trip gets called short from booking they will not repay you if you check out days early so for me this service cost me two days booking even tho I checked out early with hotel Same goes with flights If you book a return no matter how much insurance you buy they will not refund flight and all details included like checked bags they only charge you another flight if you need another So all in all I am down a flight and two nights stay equals 2k down the drain thanks trip.com

New to digital tickets but this app is dead easy to use.

The worst is would say I stopped travelling by using there services.

I just realized that when I purchased my ticket, an "air flexibility" option was automatically added, costing me an extra $480+. As soon as I noticed the discrepancy, I immediately called to cancel this add-on, but I was told it was non-refundable—even though I caught the mistake just minutes after paying. Most airlines offer a grace period (ranging from 20 minutes to several hours) for free cancellations in case of errors, but this company refused to refund me, despite the short time frame. It’s incredibly frustrating that they wouldn’t rectify such an obvious mistake.

I used this platform for the first time to take advantage of a discount. For some reason the date reset to the same day while booking and I only noticed once the payment was done. I immediately contacted both the hotel and trip.com. Trip refused to do any modification to my booking. So I lost 250$ by trying to save 10$. I would advise anyone to use a reputable platform such as booking.com, which offer great support when issues happen

Iam not happy about this situation by mistake i make wrong ticket and faster in two minutes I cancelled the ticket just to avoid the payment after that I released that money is going there is no refund is zero refund someone like me normal person who has problem with this they take all my money not refund anything it’s crazy this people have problem with communication have problem to solve this issue its simple Ni lose all money of the ticket for nothing Even they can’t return the booking i ask them to return the booking i will use the ticket if there zero refund they said noo!!!!!! its crazy customer support

I accidentally reversed the cities when I booked a return trip. Called 4 days later when I realized my error and they refused to make any changes other than to charge me an extra $1000 for a $300 trip change flights within Canada. Never again! I was already told it was ‘reviewed’ and was advised nothing could be done.
