Recent weeks train booking in China is too slow!

Cancelling your booking is very challenging if not impossible, calling doesn't bring anything except costs and they don't reply on emails. So, what can you do? Don't use Cport or you waste your money!

Never book from overseas card. They can cansel you trip just like that and u get money back after 30days if you are lucky! Customer service is bad and this is 3 Rd time! So I never use this company. 20y in china and foreigner is here only second class.. Regards, EX client!

ติดต่อในtrip.comก็ไม่มีการแก้ไขอะไรให้เลยคะแย่มากเลยใครที่จะจองเช็คให้ดีก่อนนะคะแย่มากเลยคะของแอพนี้เป็นประสบการณ์ที่แย่สุดๆจะไม่มีการใช้ของแอพนี้อีกใครจะใช้ก็ระวังด้วยนะคะหนูไปอ่านมาคนไม่ได้เงินคืนจากการจองผิดแล้วยกเลิกเยอะมากคะทางหนูก็ผิดด้วยคะที่ไม่ได้ดูดีๆแต่ในแอพอื่นๆก็สามารถคืนเงินได้นะคะใครจะใช้ก็ลองหาแอพอื่นดูนะคะแอพนี้หนูแนะนำให้ผ่านนะคะไม่งั้นเดียวถ้าจองผิดไม่ได้รับเงินคืนเหมือนของหนูนะคะแนะนำก่อนใช้เช็คดีๆด้วยนะคะแอพแย่มากๆเลยคะ
