By far the worse
Trip.com by far has one of the worse customer service and the worst efficiency amongst all the platforms across. Twice i have been disappointed by the this platform. First time i tried to book a hotel and was requesting a change of dates, the first tele customer service lady promised a refund as it is possible. Then i received a email saying it is not possible. Then we went back and forth and in the end the hotel was the one that settled the issue for me. Next, i booked an attraction in vietnam and i clearly selected the date that i will be going which was November 2nd however after making payment it shows October 2nd which i contacted the customer service to get it rectified on the spot. But they rejected my requested. It was all on the same day. I am never using trip.com ever and I will definitely not be recommending this platform to anyone around me

Worse app I ever use
While during booking I have clearly selected a flight timing at 14:20pm as in cheaper yet timing is great but after checked out and paid I realize the timing has change to a much higher price at 11:45am . I have check with my bank I’m paying a lower price which is for 1420pm but I don’t understand why they gave me higher price ticket so I talk to their officers and I would like to switch back to what I have selected even though I gain a little as I prefer a later flight and has a meeting to run before going to the airport Spoke to their agent saying not able to change back to what I selected as they believe I selected a high price ticket for that timing but isn’t it the amount I paid can easily tell system error so I believe they just slot u in to whatever they have available on hand when come to my booking . So those who don’t mind your timing being controlled by them u can continue using this app . To me as I have a meeting in the morning to run before I get on to the flight but now have to cancel because at their choice . Highly not recommended this app

Booked tickets via Trip with promote code recently. But, just found out that Kayak offer better option especially pricing for same routes (without promo code) !
Best travel booking app
Super smooth experience, love the flight notifications knowing the gates the belt and such without the hassle to look for those info everywhere is really convenient
