Trip.com: Book Flights, Hotels

I’ve always trusted Trip.com for reliable service, but this experience has been quite frustrating. I kindly ask for your review of my case and for a full refund to be processed as soon as possible

Only downloaded this app because I was having trouble with my usual booking app. The price was listed in Aussie Dollars under ads for the same deal in both apps. But after putting all my debit card details etc in it said pay $169 USD ! But that’s US dollars ! In Australian dollars that’s $256 AUD ! I don’t want to pay all that extra money ! And just where would all my extra money be going ? I wonder ?!

I haven’t stayed in this because it’s not for human use not even animals can stay in it . I need my money back please. Thanks

They show really good flight prices but when you start booking they double and even triple them. Really a waste of time

They ripoff there’s a lot of hidden fees charges involved if you cancel your flight if the flight was $253 they charge around $167 fee The airline itself only charges $42 cancellation fee the rest the trip.com put in pocket in the name of services fees I highly recommend when ever you book a flight book it directly with airline. It’s much convenient because There’s no third person and charges involved and it’s much easier to deal with airline yourself

Even charge fee for international flight

They stuffed up a friends booking with the wrong name on paperwork then to change it back charged her $80. That’s disgusting & I wouldn’t ever use this platform.

Trip.com app is my preferred travel organizer. It is almost perfect; a few little points I will knit-pick about (and this is before I’ve tried the update 23.09.2025) but I usually get my air and hotel together for their ‘bundle’ price and now I’ve noticed that if I book a one way flight you can set the number of hotel nights as a separate function on the App and so now I believe this App is really PERFECT. Well done Trip.com. Not to mention the free Airport Lounge benefit which is a true Godsend these days with such busy airports and people yelling this and that. That Airport Lounge is just heaven.

Debido a retrasos con visa solicité realizar cambio en los dos vuelos que tenía, lo cual ha sido un experiencia bastante mala, dicen en sus políticas que no tiene costo el cambio pero al momento de solicitar te cargan una tarifa por gestión que es lo mismo y el valor de diferencia entre un vuelo y el otro es mucho más alto de lo que realmente es. Consulte directamente con la aerolínea y resulta que el cambio con ellos costaba 57 AUD cuando trip me envió un valor por 198 AUD, lo cual es absurdo.

STAY AWAY! When you first try to book a ticket, they will show you very cheap prices and as soon as you try to book it. They will say that its sold out and then show you more expensive options. COMPLETE SCAM
