Twice now, I’ve had the issues when using this app for booking my travel. On a recent trip to Germany arriving at my hotel in Munich, which had been confirmed on the app I got to the hotel and they had no record of the booking. After more than an hour of going back-and-forth with the hotel and calling Trip.com over the phone the issue got sorted out enough for me to at least get into a room but it took a couple of all of the details to get worked out. Consider considering that the room was supposedly confirmed this should never have happened. Then on another trip recently to Thailand I had booked a car through the app. And when I got to the. Office that it said to go to on the app the office was closed. Made several phone calls both to the office that had posted their number outside but didn’t answer, and to trip.com. After an hour and a half waiting outside the someone finally showed up and they were surprised to see me because there was no reservation on their books. It was the correct office. And trip.com had given me a confirmation that had never been confirmed with. The rental car company Budget. Now I am left questioning whether I anymore because I can’t trust it when it says something is confirmed anymore.

如果你帳戶有分數或現金會無故俾人盜用所有分數及現金會盡失，同客服聯絡只會話你自己嘅責任，根本就是Trip.com泄露客戶資料，他們完全不理會客戶的投訴，小紅書一大班苦主他們完全不理會。 請不要登記銀行卡資料或信用卡資料在trip.com，及不要留有現金及分數所有資料會被盜用的。客服只會一路拖延時間及推卸責任，完全是一間不負責任的公司。

I really don’t understand why not to a simple thing, if I check one hotel on the map show other hotels around. This is happening for years, you especially make people suffer? Even my case today. My friend got a hotel, I want hotel near my friend but not the hotel my friend selected. I go to my friend’s hotel on trip, open map with location and what I see? One hotel only, no hotels near by. So… I should make a screenshot of the map and go back to general hotel selection, open map there and check map patterns to fit the pattern of my friend hotel. This is a disaster!!! Year 2025 you can’t manage simple things.

吸血鬼公司，唔好幫襯

早兩個幾月之前買張機票，同一個航班時間公司，相隔一個禮拜之後竟然買平$800，越早買，反而越貴，仲要當時竟然話售罄。

發現預訂了錯誤的酒店日期後多次嘗試與酒店及trip.com客戶服務溝通，然而無法更改日期亦無法取消，2000元一晚的房間最後只能得到不夠4成的賠償心意金。 垃圾公司及酒店，加入黑名單。
