Trip.com: Book Flights, Hotels

Purchased Staralience Lufthansa flight from Miami to Milan and checked box for staralience flight and checked Staralience flights only on trip.com. when I got to Frankfurt I was not able to use Staralience lounge and lounge asked me to pay. I called trip.com and said I purchased staralience flight and can’t use lounge and they said don’t worry just pay for it and we will call you back right away. I pay $69 lounge . Trip.com call me 30 min later and say they will give me $21 in trip.com coins. I asked why this is happening and I payed way more for lounge and trip.com didn’t have answer. I didn’t get miles from Frankfurt to Milan and trip.com didn’t want to fix there mistake. Later I fine out that Lufthansa sold flight to discover airline which is partner of lufthansa and they don’t qualify for discount. Be carful guys when you book with trip.com because there search engine is not good and cost people money ,miles and lot of stress and aggravation.

I searched the date I wanted. Thinking that it that particular date. After checking the reservation it was a different date. Happened several times. If this is your marketing strategy it’s very shady!!

Very bad experience with my last flight, they sent me wrong information over and over again

They did book the tickets, but getting any assistance (like PNR codes for airlines) was very difficult.

It’s a BAd platform!!! trip.com using chat robots for customer service for make more money, and robots in that website will give you a wrong and unclear conditions and guide you wrong ,with robots they can have a good excuse for rejecting our right, I can not play with words like trip.com and I couldn’t say any regards for them, please follow me if you have same problem with them #trip.com#robot_cheatingprocess

Purchased an activity ahead of my trip, the ticket wouldn’t work so I had to purchase a new one on site. Trip denied my refund request. Very poor experience.
