Love the app but invitation function is poor
I cannot seem to invite my partner - I had, now he’s disappeared and when I try to resend the invite it says I have a connection problem, which I don’t. There’s nothing I can see on the help centre to tackle this issue and no way to find an email to ask them outright. Disappointing as the rest of the app and concept is really good
Currently travelling and wanted an app where everything was in one place
Had initially download Stippl (another travel itinerary app) but the interface wasn’t great, and it lagged when I tried to adjust bits. TripIt is incredibly easy to use, there’s no lag, with an incredibly smooth interface. Would thoroughly recommend.
Not ideal
Just spent hours importing accomodation, flights etc and tried to share with my husband who is also travelling, but unfortunately despite instructions on how to do this via email , text or iMessage this was not possible. I also received a message to say accounts not compatible. It would have been good to have known the option to share /collaborate was not available as it’s one of the reasons I chose the app. I will look for an alternative travel app
An invaluable aid
Organising trips with TripIt is fun! A great way of collating bookings and plans - and seeing how various trips - and their individual elements - fit together.
No longer trustworthy
The fact that all the positive reviews are from years ago speaks for itself. Had the free version for years and worked great but upgraded to pro and nothing but issues. I travel a lot and reservations constantly going into wrong trips or leaving info out which is normally present and can longer trust the app hence 1 star and a cancelled subscription
Game changer
What a great tool for frequent travellers. Helps me find all travel details in seconds. No more searching emails.
So easy to use on and off line
When doing longer trips with multiple travel providers it just simplifies the whole journey. It’s great that it is available off line so when you arrive with no internet to hand you still have all your travel plans to hand.

I have been using TripIt for many years - it is so handy to have my itinerary for trips available and helps me keep on top of my arrangements. I love being able to look back on past trips too
