I have now written 8 request to sort out the fact that I don’t see my flights but They don’t even respond any more worked perfect first time and nothing there after

Works well just needs an offline mode.

I depend on this app with my business travels. No more printing of itinerary or schedules.

Good

No chance this is a well-rated app. The chat doesn’t work, they seldom answer calls unless you can wait 25-30mns on the line, and their app is a portal to your business’s interface. Just unbelievably wasteful

We need an iPad version

Reservation showed up a day later in the app, baggage claim info showed up 3 hours after the flight has arrived. Whether it’s airlines, hotels, or rental car companies, they all have their own mobile app that allows me to contact them directly, not sure why I need this app…

Not sure is this is an app problem, or an iPhone problem. But when I fill an address to select a car rental agency, clicking “Select location” button on the app does nothing. It could even be an SAP concur issue. I don’t know. But this is a massive pain

My previous issue was resolved with help from support. Leaving at 4 stars due to the initial occurrence.
