Its so damn hard to reach Troopers side. The user support agent and helpdesk is not reachable at all. My total earning suppose to appear on my available earnings on 21st july 3pm but up till this very date, its still not there. Tried to reach out to troopers helpdesk but to no avail. I even called their number but went straight to voicemail! 

On the other hand, the withdrawal cycle is so close to being nonsense. If its already Wednesday, we should wait for 5 days for our earnings to be reflected into our bank account! And lets not talk about when it’s affected by Public Holidays! That’s even worse! Waited for more than a week for our earnings to be reflected into our bank account after we request for withdrawal!

hi thanks sbb hire sy untuk part timer app ni amat membantu tetapi kalau boleh tempoh pengeluaran yang tiada fee terlalu lama memakan masa 30 hari harap pihak troopers boleh pendek kan dan teliti semula sistem yg mcm ni.. selain itu kalau part timer nak buat early conversion pengeluaran awal tolong kaji balik percentage tu agak tinggi percent tu 5%-10% kesian kita orang yg membanting tulang terutama shift luar dr office hour.. paling lama pun buat dua minggu ke pengeluaran untuk 30 hari terlalu lama dah macam full time.. minta sangat ii kaji semula percentage tu.. mohon maaf kalau ada kekurangan.. app ni bagus tp dr segi tempoh pengeluaran tanpa fee agak lama, fee n percentage tu shj terlalu tinggi utk early withdrawal..

Bahaya apps ni. Saya baru terkena pada 21 May 2024. 3rd party punya "company/individual" contact untuk gunakan akaun bank saya untuk tujuan "online casino" katanya. Dia siap bagi rate harga sewaan untuk account saya. Dan satu lagi lebih parah apps ni, sebelum submit kerja. Macam2 dia minta, ic depan belakang, takpe itu normal. Yg pelik bank statement latest kita pun dia minta. Pada yg nak memohon pakai apps ni tolong berhati-hati. Tangkap layar atau screenshot telah pun saya serah kepada pihak PDRM(JSJK). Sebab saya tak puas hati data peribadi saya kena leaked kepada individu lain. Gambar ic dan statement bank saya telah bocor. Btw, saya dah lebih 6 kali try submit kerja tetapi satu pun tiada panggilan @ declined last minit. Saya nasihatkan org ramai supaya berhati-hati jika dihubungi oleh individu yang mendakwa dapat contact awak dari troopers ni.
