In last update you have added NPSB and now somehow all my BEFTN beneficiaries are gone. Once you are not ready with a product, why do you push it on production? Fed up with trust bank and this app. Very sad

In spite of having BEFTN beneficial account already added, the page was blocked by showing alert message. After updating to new version now getting added beneficiaries account but still showing the alert message “no beneficiaries added” Could you please have a look on it?

After update new version, other bank fund transfer not working. Please fix it.

When i tap on my trust smart saver option to see the transaction details this app crushes and pull me out of the app. Please fix this bug so that i can see my deposition details.

I can’t enable biometric credentials login in iphone. Every time I tried the app crashes and logs me out. Please look into the matter.

It require good interface for better using experience. Sometimes we don't understand where is the menu.

Overall a great and handy app . Would be a lot better if NFC atm card was added .

The most useless and complicated app I’ve ever come across, it is quite frustrating to even operate this app, large amount of update required.
