An amazing service for pet owners, we’ve used it several times and always had peace of mind knowing our pets were in good hands with regular updates. Highly recommend

I've been with the website for a year and had 3 different people stay in my house to mind my cat. I had no issue with the first 2 sitters but the last one stole 600 euros worth of goods. We did not notice this straight away and left her a good review since the house and cat seemed ok at first. We noticed the theft 3 weeks after the sit and THS won't let us update the review to warn other people that this person should not be trusted in anybody's house. This means she is probably still sitting for other people and continuing to steal while THS is well aware of the issue (proofs have been sent to them). They do not always carry a proper background check. They only do this for US-based sitters. Also, the insurance is a scam. They: - Will ask you to go through your insurance first - Won't reimburse anything below $1000 - Will ask you to pay $250 excess in the event you claim for something over $1000 - Do not cover identity theft If you're considering using this website, I highly recommend you read the fine prints and "trusted house sitters horror stories" you can find on the web before you make your decision.

We are loving Trusted Housesitters so much. The app is a little funny updating messages regularly without restarting the app - but great for finding sitters.

I have been sitting for THS for nearly a year now and can highly recommend it as a brilliant platform, professional and highly effective app. Amazing lifestyle/sitting options and exciting lifestyle option to experience new places, meet great people and look after gorgeous animals. Can not recommend it highly enough...

The service THS provides is great. The app, no so much. Full of bugs. Can’t do things with app you can do on website. THS also has a history of being slow to fix anything or implement new changes. They are very good at selling memberships and raising costs to users.

Since the most recent update (today is August 22, 2023) the ability to sign in with Apple was removed and I am now unable to log in using the IOS app. I am not able to access my account.

The search in the app stopped working on my iPad. Love Trusted Housesitters, but when searching for a specific locale, the result is blank for all locations. Please fix this.

This is amazing site. I hope everyone is as fortunate as I was with my sitter it really gives the for baby mama’s peace of mind being away from home, knowing that they are being so well, cared for right in the comfort of their own home

I did not want to continue with my membership because I lost my pet and have no need for the service right now. They charged me automatically . I have no idea how to cancel the membership and I am unable talk to a live person.

I’ve tried 4 different times to signup with this app and can’t get past the agree to terms and conditions. I click agree so I can move forward and am given a “whoops” message. Not impressed.
