What you need to use this app You’ll need to be a TSB Business Banking customer, registered for Business Internet Banking and have a device running iOS 11 or above. Need help? We’ve produced a video to help you download and use the app for the first time. Visit if you need a hand. Logging in for the first time When you use the app for the first time, you’ll need to enter your User ID, password and three characters of your memorable information. For more than a year I have been unable to access my accounts using either Microsoft Edge or Chrome browsers. I could get as far as requesting a code via my mobile phone which would be sent but the software would just hang not permitting me to enter the code. Up until recently I was able to access my business accounts via my Ccleaner browser. BUT now I cannot even do that. With every click of the mouse I am requested to enter my cookie preferences and on the fortunate occasion that I do gain entry the software just logs me out whenever I try to do anything PLEASE, PLEASE CAN YOU SORT THIS.
