ไม่แน่ใจว่าทำแอพเองทำไม ทำออกมาแย่มาก กด current location ไม่ได้ เวลารอรถก็ผิดหมด  รถโชว์ของทางตรงข้ามทำให้หารถยากขึ้น และตอนนี้ต้องเปิดดู 2 app ทั้ง ViaBus และ TSB ช่วยรวมกันด้วยครับ

1. Max fare ไม่ควรโดนค่าปรับไม่แตะลง เพราะเคยมีกรณีแตะขึ้นลงปกติแล้ว แต่เครื่องมีปัญหา แจ้งกระเป๋าแล้วบอกไม่เป็นไร พอลองมาเช็คในแอพแล้วโดนเก็บค่าปรับไม่แตะบัตรลง ระบบห่วยมากนะคะ ปรับปรุงด้วย เพราะลองแจ้งทางเพจไปแล้วต้องรอเงินคืน 14 วัน นานมากค่ะ
2. เวลาการออกรถ อยากให้ออกตรงเวลาของทุกๆวัน เพราะเคยเจอรถไม่มาตามเวลาในรอบนั้นๆ แล้วมาอีกทีคือเวลาในรอบต่อไป ซึ่งห่างกัน 40 นาที+ แต่ไม่มีแจ้งในเพจ หรือในแอพ เลยสอบถามในเพจไป แอดมินแจ้งว่าเวลาที่สอบถามไปรถขัดข้อง อันนี้ควรแก้ไขระบบแบบด่วนๆเลยค่ะ ถ้าคันไหนขัดข้องหรือออกมาตามเวลาไม่ได้ ควรแจ้งในแอพหรือในเพจ ผดส.จะได้ไม่เสียเวลารอ และเดินทางทางอื่นค่ะ
3. หากเงินในบัตรคงเหลือไม่พอ น่าจะแตะบัตรขึ้น-ลงได้ปกติ แต่ปรับเป็นยอดเงินติดลบ หรืออะไรก็ว่าไปค่ะ เพราะบางทีแตะขึ้นได้ปกติ ไม่มีเตือนว่ายอดเงินไม่เพียงพอ เหมือนยอดเงินไม่อัปเดต และจำยอดเงินคงเหลือจริงๆไม่ได้ แต่แตะบัตรลงไม่ได้ และโดนค่าปรับไม่แตะบัตรลงซะอย่างงั้น ซึ่งจะเติมเงินเข้าบัตรตอนก่อนจะลงจริงๆ ก็คงไม่ทันหรอกค่ะ
4.การอัปเดตยอดเงินในบัตรผ่านมือถือตัวเอง เหมือนเสี่ยงดวงเลยค่ะ บางทีได้ บางทีไม่ได้ อัปเดตจนยอดเงินที่เติมไปหาย จนต้องแจ้งในเพจอีกแล้ว ซึ่งตอนแตะบัตรกับมือถือไม่ได้ขยับอะไรเลย แต่อัปเดตยอดเงินไม่สำเร็จตลอด อันนี้คิดว่าเป็นที่ระบบแล้วล่ะค่ะ ปรับปรุงนะคะ
5.ตำแหน่ง gps รถมาๆหายๆ อันนี้ไม่แน่ใจว่าเพราะระบบไม่ดี หรือยังไง ระกวนปรับปรุงนะคะ
