TTLock

I’ve tried many apps in the past from the bigger brands with little success. This is by far the most comprehensive and intuitive app to control TTLock enabled smart locks. With constant updates and loaded with features, TTLock should be the go to platform for managing anything from hotels, to multifamily apartments.

Came missing parts. Fingerprint function stopped working after 1 year. I will be replacing.

The app stated that we somehow “double locked” (door was locked normally) the door and would not open despite trying numerous things in the app. I tried deleting and redownloading the app as recommended by the Ttlock troubleshooting guide but then it said my e-key is expired (not accurate). Tried to call their customer support line but it is dead and no other support lines. We had to contact a locksmith and are now in the hole hundreds of dollars. DO NOT PURCHASE!

It was working wonderfully since installed. 3 days ago after updating the app; the lock/unlock function is reversed. I have tried deleting and reinstalling app, created new user and start from scratch again. Same problem, now I have to long-hold lock to UNLOCK and tap unlock to LOCK! As a result, the auto-lock feature had to disable because even if I manually lock and with key, it will auto-unlock as vice-versa! Customer support is slow in responding; with one settings advice each day telling me the troubleshoot I tried but unsuccessful in resolution and had mentioned in the very first email. Now they have stopped responding. The lock set up is useless now unless you go back to the pre-update or fix your firmware.

Hard to generate passcodes for my units . Even using Gateway messenge coming up “ operational failed…..” coming up all the time . Very annoying. Look for some other brands on the market this app definitely very ‘ Weak ‘

Works fine now, it notifies you when the door is unlocked, but not when it is locked. Also you can’t tell the lock/ unlock status by looking at the app. This type of information need to be added.

Works well! I like it hope to use on my watch. Hopefully the advanced feature keep working

I have to be close to the door to operate functions on this app and get it synced to the lock. The Bluetooth connection through the app is crap. This definitely needs to be reviewed and worked on. I mean what is the use of the app if things can’t be done remotely (from within the house).

Lorsque que votre mot de passe change tout seul lors de la connexion c’est parce que l’indicatif de votre pays doit comprendre tout les signes??? Comme le mien qui est Canadien si je met 1 514 parce que je suis de Montréal ça ne fonctionne pas, ça prend le signe + en avant donc +1 514 dans mon cas ,le reste du numéro et mon mot de passe et ensuite ça fonctionne très bien. Je partage pour vous sauver du temps parce qu’il n’y a aucun service à la clientèle et moi j’ai perdu beaucoup de temps avant de trouver la solution, La vie est trop courte pour ne pas s’entraider et en profiter, Amusez-vous 👍👍
