It’s now asking me to upgrade and pay $4.99 for the same app features I have been using for months even though I already purchased the app for $2.99 months ago

I ALREADY PAID FOR THIS APP- this is a message to the developer. you are out of your mind if you think you’re charging me again for an update. I will not even give you A PENNY more. And the app crashes regardless so why would I pay for it??? It was okay before (had some issues) but ugh WAY WORSE NOW!!!!!!!

Update: 2021. now paid version. I upgraded to the paid version since if you don’t you just get a constant pop up. It has a lot of bugs and is not working properly. The free version was more functional than the paid one. Update November 2020 This is now useless. Changing to one star. Shuts down and kicks you totally out of the app constantly. Buffers forever. No support from support ticket. Used to be an amazing app now it’s useless garbage. Update 10/21 Ads are breaking through and they skip making them even more annoying than the actual ads. Hopefully this will be fixed. As of a few months ago sometimes it takes a very long time for videos to play. Like 5 minutes or longer. I am assuming these have ads right at the beginning. And they also buffer for a long time on occasion where ads are placed. This app did work perfectly for a long time. ••• Update fixed! This is possibly one of my favorite apps ever. It’s not perfect. It does have some bugs but it’s a million times better than commercials. Update: totally stopped working. You get an error message. Tried deleting and uninstalling and rebooting my phone. No dice. Will change review if they fix it. Was one of my fave apps ever. YouTube is unwatchable without it. When I first tried this I was immediately met with an add and the app wouldn’t load. I was angry and deleted it. Tried using it again because YouTube is virtually unuseable at this point. 4 ads in the span of a 10 minute video is ridiculous and if you are watching anything like a mediation or something that needs to be uninterrupted it’s a nightmare. It was either find a solution or stop using YouTube all together. On my second attempt it works! All the creators should be thankful for this app because they are going to lose subscribers in droves if watchers continue to be forced to watch that amount of ads. But expect to have to reload the app often. It has a ton of bugs that make it freeze, the sound goes out often. You will likely have to reload it another every few videos and don’t dream of fast forwarding or reversing a video.

This app is poorly designed in many ways and doesn’t deserve any penny.

This app was fine until I updated it and now they are wanting more money after I paid for this app discussing way to maintain an app words cannot express how disappointed and mad I am!

After the newest update the app has begun to ask for payment even after I already purchased it years ago! And then when I try to hit the “restore purchase” option nothing happens. Shame because the new update did look nice.

Wow, terrible update. Now slow to load, no longer reacting promptly to phone rotation, randomly stopping, randomly crashing. Please roll it back. May be time to try something else…

The more you use TubeBrowser the worse it gets. Increasingly glitchy: frozen screen, stuck in mini-player, no sound etc. The most recent update (which DID NOT fix the bugs) added a pop up to each video asking for $$ for a premium upgrade. TubeBrowser cost $3, and did not indicate that there’s other fees/in-app purchases. Very scammy, I’d suggest another app
