TUI Credit Card

Cant create an account as it keeps saying system unavailable. Sort it out

Very very disappointed that tui has with drawn the use of tui card especially in these current Covid times to book anything to use the points I had accrued yes very disappointed with tui

I was surprised to see this app is still being updated, with my account having been closed as it has been discontinued. I was given a few weeks to book a holiday and use the points I had built up over the years, or loose them all. Effectively they (TUI and/or new day) stole £100 from me.

Great to use .. easy and handy

I have used the credit card to accumulate points towards another holiday and now they are stopping the credit card I have lost these points. I am not happy about this .

Easy to pay and simple to view !

The app has worked fine for the 6 months I’ve had the card. Recently the app has started to sign me out every two days meaning I’ve got to put in my username and password again and again. The app is now unusable. It’s also been very slow recently. Again, when it worked the app was very good. Have to use the desktop site for the moment.

Really easy to set app on phone & pay credit card bill from phone.
