So we booked the January sale mid January to Morocco £2.600 for a couple all inclusive all the sales blurb , they want your money in their bank now over Christmas, August we checked on the holiday ,same Hotel same date £600 cheaper !!!! Be careful do your homework 
We complained the person on the phone said prices can go up and down , so what is the idea of the sale !!!
We cancelled got a refund and rebooked.£ £ 600 bonus . BE CAREFUL

Recently booked holiday with Tui. Did it through website, have tried to get app to show holiday, but the app does not open. Have deleted it and reinstalled but it is still the same. Doesn’t appear to have been updated to Apples latest system.

App has been reinstalled countless times as it goes through constant opening issues. A quick internet search indicates that this has been going on for years and not fixed. Hopefully it’s rectified before I go on holiday as currently it looks as though the app will let me down whilst away and I’ll be unable to access my booking through it.

Fully attentive, highly informed and able to answer any question.

We have also been impressed with Amy’s local knowledge, suffice to say Amy is welcome to provide valued information regarding any excursion.

Amy a position awaits you at “DoubleTree by Hilton Ocean Point Resort Miami” anytime.

P.S. It would be nice to know, when we return Christmas 2025, that Amy has been promoted.. She deserves it..!
