Can't enter some of the requirements to sign up. Useless.
Flight cancelled just once time free of change , and second time will charge TYR $15 ??!!!
Airline kept canceling my flight. In the end, I had to apply for refund. Waited for months and tried various means to get in touch with them. Tens of hours wasted still no clarity on when I will get my money back. Extremely poor customer experience.
Can’t enter UA mileage program ‘number’ because it has letters, and form only allows numbers
Repeated failure to generate boarding passes. Unable to complete the check-in procedures through the app. A frustrating experience.

The App system deducted twice the normal amount of miles for my booking, and after I called the hotline 6 times and waited for 5 days, they could only offer me 2 bad options: 1) to cancel the ticket but I have to pay 25$ of cancellation fees or 2) return my Miles ...after 3 months!! What a joke...

Bilgim dahilinde olmadan hesabımdaki tüm miller kullanılmış ve nereye gittiği belli değil.üstelik acil bilet almam gerekiyor birde hesabıma bloke konmuş biletimi alamıyorum . Müşteri hizmetlerini arıyorum hiç kimse ile görüşemeden bir mesaj atıp telefonumu yüzüme kapatıyorlar . Böyle büyük bir şirketin uygulamasında nasıl böyle sorunlar çıkar . Anlamıyorum
