The app won’t let me fill in information about language or nationality. So the registration doesn’t work, and then I can’t get anywhere.

After the latest update of the app in July 2024 ongoing flights have dissapeared from my app. When trying to add them again to my profile I get an error message every time I try. It is very annoying to loose important information regarding flight times, seating etc for on going flights. Pøease fix this issues ASAP.
Clunky interface! Many features are not used regularly, but they are all brought to the main menu. There are no valuable shortcuts, and much screen space is wasted. The app always suggests searches for which I have already bought tickets. Trips disappear from the saved page, though the app even has a checkmark “save on device”. Well, that obviously does not work. Why would I look up a reservation and not save it on my device? Hire a proper UI/UX person, get serious.
Everything has disappeared: the quality of meals, personnel competence, decent perks are in fact scam now. Cheating on free hotel on stopover in Istanbul and imposed changes in flight schedule without an opportunity to adjust it. Customer care is a bureaucratic nightmare. Avoid at any cost.

I bought a flight for my parents from Turkistan (HSA) to Oslo. The connecting flight has been canceled without given me, as the contact person, information that it has been cancelled. This is not the first time that the connecting flight has been cancelled. I also bought a ticket from Oslo to Turkistan in March, the connecting flight was also changed. I'm not sure if this is an app or system bug. Turkish airlines let me change a date for free which is good. Also another problem after booking a flight for my parents I also booked a special service for them. I called 2 times to Turkish airlines for a confirmation about special service and I got a confirmation email and sms about it. However, Turkish airline did not provide the special service when passengers landed in Istanbul. I tried to call Turkish Airlines and the call was transferred to another department with no help and no answer. This is very disappointing.Passengers is elderly people. I hope to get an explanation for my feedback.
