Streamers that has over 1k viewers does not show proper view count. e.g. 1,700 viewers will be shown as 1K instead of 1.7K. It’s shown in the live stream and thumbnail page. The system previously was great, why make the experience worse? I swear some of these new changes are corporate that doesn’t use the app to watch streams. Some of these changes seems out of touch.
Pauses audio from other apps the moment you open twitch. Older UI was way easier to find the stream I want to watch
Please rollback the UI update, the app is pretty much unusable. I open the app and it just started auto playing nonsense streams and it’s so difficult to find the streamers I watch or the games I want to watch. If I want to see what other streams is available, the stream that I’m watching just gets paused, which defeats the purpose. Please don’t change something that works fine, the app is horrendous, I don’t want to use it anymore. Subs to streamers ain’t even worth it anymore when the app is so trash. This TikTok style user interface does not work for long form content like live streams. Please change it back, this current UI is terrible and difficult to use.
How has it been months and it hasn't been reverted? The new homepage is just a tiktok knock off that shouldn't exist for twitch content.
Ignores what you set previously and goes back to auto every time the app restarts. So it will automatically switch to 720/1080 without you knowing. I have to manually set to my preferred bitrate every time I use it now.
Whoever who approved this asinine of a design for twitch. Needs to get fired asap, if i wanted tik tok style twitch, i would be on tik tok, not on freaking twitch you hear me?

Simple. Revert the obvious mistake, tryna be out here looking like TikTok and YouTube shorts. Garbage decision. Literally uninstalled.
just go read the other reviews and consider if this new ui update was a good idea.
