I typically don’t rate apps, but this app is so bad that I just had to leave some feedback. For the past few months, this app constantly freezes on me. I literally CANNOT reserve a truck or trailer through the app because it freezes on me EVERY time I open it. Update the app, you say? Tried that. I’ve never experienced such a poorly managed app. Big 👎 for Uhaul on this one!

This app has not worked correctly in over a year. The app navigation freezes after pushing the 'get rates' button. All buttons are disabled

Beware they will double the rates at a moments notice. Do not trust

After installation and login to U-Haul the app freezes after selecting the equipment I want to rent. Tried reinstalling. Unusable app.

I’ve been using U-Haul app for years. Now every time I select “get rates” it locks the entire app and I have to close it. Happens every time. I’ve updated, deleted, reinstalled…. No change

Biggest mistake I could have made renting a truck from a location in the app that is a furniture store that owns trucks with U-Haul on the side worst experience not to mention they keep trying to bill a card that I did not use as payment because they do not accept the credit card so I used my debit card with the deposit waived??? First red flag but I was in need to move so I went along and only paid for the rental and my credit card they “do not accept “ is the card they kept information on and continuously attempt to charge I’m appalled at this I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS APP AT ALL

I DON’T like the fact that you can’t change your information nor the fact that when you receive your unit they tell you that your price will NOT jump up LIED

Garbage check in process keeps throwing errors and kicking us back and refusing our phone numbers. Been trying 45 minutes. No reply from customer service. Nightmare system. Don’t waste your time with the phone checkin. I won’t be using uhaul EVER again!
