So bad App it doesn’t complete the regeneration whatever i have tried it doesn’t respond 😑 Website even worse they sent me OTP i put it the website says it’s wrong 😂 I don’t think it’s not a reliable website or App to use.. It doesn’t suit Dubai..

I wanted to upgrade my profile in UAEPass but it seems like the waiting is forever. Please do something about the part the user has to scan their emirates ID to complete their profile Now i want to attest some of my documents but because my UAEPASS isn't fully upgraded it doesn't let me

Can’t register new account

I am trying to verify the account after registration, need to scan the passport and it stucks there once i click SCAN NOW. I live outside the EUA, please check this problem. Thanks

WHY ON EARTH IS THERE NO WAY TO GET HELP WHEN THIS APP DOES NOT WORK. GET MESSAGE ABOUT PASSPORT NOT FOUND WITH NO EAY TO USE REMAINING FUNCTIONALITY TO GET REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR MY NEEDED MEDICATION

I have tried so many times by entering my number but I am unable to receive the code over my Pakistan mobile number which I have entered over there. Only I am getting code over my email address but it is not accepting that code.

Cannot create an account. Never sends phone verification. Sends one via email; that one does not work. Cannot get past this step. Thank God I'm only visiting

Tried 20 times to register with the app and my passport. It does not work.

An example of a great idea but very poor and frustrating app. Have been trying to verify my account within the app but the camera never launches for some reason. I restarted the phone, updated the app but no luck. And now I read that even the kiosk doesn’t work 3 years ago. Very disappointing.
