The content of this app is exactly what a UAV pilot needs to have in order to have a complete picture of the weather conditions and is a valuable tool in pre-flight planning. The format in which the data is presented is clear and the developers have obviously put a lot of thought in the ergonomics of the app, it’s one of the best I’ve seen. Overall, the app itself is really very very good. The criticism I have pertains to the newly introduced subscription model, which is too complex, too rigid in terms of finding the right plan for your needs and too expensive. I totally agree with paying for an app to support its operation and future development, especially one as useful as UAV Forecast. I totally disagree with the developer’s choice of giving then taking away huge portions of data from the free plan. Either you don’t give all the data in the free plan in the first place or you give extra data and functionality to the new subscriptions but taking away data and functionality from the free plan and putting it in the subscription plans is just annoying and makes me NOT want to subscribe, especially knowing that to get all the same data which was once free I would now have to buy the MOST EXPENSIVE plan for 2,000 Thai baht.

This is the best Lee flight app before you fly your drone. It’s a must have 👍👍👍👍👍

Its been a while since Ive used this app, so I opened it to quickly get some relevant information on the Kp of where I was. Unfortunately I did not realize that the forecast screen is useless now if you are not paying for it. If you need to pay for the app to make it useful in any degree, then make it a paid app, or at the very least throw a huge banner telling you that the app is a waste of storage until you pay a subscription…

Какое отношение к войне имею я, простой Россиянин? Никакого. Я даже против войны в Украине. На кой чёрт надо было делать приложение нерабочим из-за вторжения России в Украину? Я что-ли туда вторгаюсь?!

This used to be a free app with the exceptions of a couple of things and now it’s a completely pay to use app. The app shows no temps or weather conditions where I live. It gives me some useless info now if you don’t pay.🤷🏻‍♂️

This app is useless after the developer restricted it to forecasts of a single location (not yours) unless you pay for a subscription. It used to at least give you some utility as a free app, but now, there’s no reason to keep it unless you plan to pay for it. The little “X” in the corner of the “sorry the app is useless now” message does nothing but prompt for payment. Uninstalled.

It’s crazy they get paid per download and even user data, they still want to charge for “full app” BULL

I always look at this before I fly! I wouldn’t put a drone in the air without it!

It now makes you pay a subscription to use the app. For the past year there have been no real improvements. Just “minor bug improvements”.
