You need to fix your app I don’t know what’s wrong with this app it doesn’t show me my balance and nothing all I see is (Hello)

I do not understand this newly updated mobile banking app… I have used my relevant details to log in and it just won’t go through What’s happening?

Fantastic app

I noticed that when I’m in the process of executing a transfer, the app freezes and resets itself. Can you guys please help fix this? It has been happening like this for quite a while and I expected it would have been corrected a long time ago. Una don pass to dey get all these kinda minor glitches na. Come on, UBA. Thank you in anticipation.

This app seems to be the most seamless financial app so far have ever used! Very soft to operate and fast in transacting. But u guys should allow ur customer to upgrade his/her acct to standard acct via the app without having to visit any branches. Like that of ALAT by WEMA app 👌
