I have tried several times to have my fingerprint installed and it won’t work so I have to use a password and get a text message code, I understand this is a ‘security measure’ but it’s a useless step considering I’m using my phone to log in and get the code. Transferring money should be an easy step but it’s not, other banking apps are much more straightforward. Also, and importantly there have been several times when the app seems to be offline and I can’t access my funds… what’s the point of the account if I don’t have access to my own money?
