Uber Driver

Worst app ever. I can use my phone, as I need to be alert and keep waiting opening the Uber app. If I try to use other apps in my phone, it won’t notify me that I have got a trip. Also when started a trip, the app does’t show the final destination anymore. There are so many feature missing. I hope that I would be able to get the older version.

Can the app be fixed so that when I am close to a destination it doesn’t put another job across the whole screen???

Very poor app. Doesn’t pick up online courses that I’ve done 3 times then bars you from driving. No wander everyone going to DiDi

I have kept telling Uber Driver to unblock my account since 5 years and they keep saying we cannot. I literally have no idea why did they block my account in the first place. Very disappointed 😞😭

They launched this Trip Radar and I never get matched to an order. This is slavery

It would be great if there was online/offline button on the front screen without searching for it while driving. Same for the CarPlay app, there WAS an online button but no offline button Would be a safer driving experience

Some improvement since last update but I find the trip radar is pointless when only a trip shows up every now and then. It would be nice if multiple trips shows up regularly. Most of the time we drive around tripless wasting petrol when many trip is available.

Uber has been the worst and I haven’t even started. The setup is long and you have to pay for background checks etc. took over a week (2weeks) to verify my profile photo so I couldn’t even start. If you are looking at a service like this I’d use door dash it’s quick and got set up in 1 day super easy.

I've been driving for Uber for two years, but recently, they unexpectedly deactivated my UberX service while leaving my Comfort services active. When I contacted Uber customer service, they blamed the issue on me, insisting it was a mistake on my end. However, I provided evidence proving it was their fault. Despite this, the issue persisted for two weeks without any appropriate response from the support team, even though they breached their SLAs for addressing driver account issues. To Uber, I want to say: just because you have a large pool of drivers to sustain your business, it doesn't mean you should neglect those who have been loyal and contributed significantly over time.

Using Uber drive on iPhone 14 promax and whenever I try to open a link for example from accounts or any promotion just keep on the loading face and never open the page. It cost me a lot of times to not able to drive Uber and when I call Support team they are useless as they always want to escalate to someone else and the person who comes to help they have no idea shameful to be a partner with them. As they don’t care about their drivers.
