Uber - Driver: Drive & Deliver

As an Uber driver, I want to provide feedback on the recent app update requiring us to press a specific “Match” button to accept jobs. This change diverts driver attention while driving, as we must locate and press the button instead of simply tapping anywhere on the screen, as before. This increases the risk of distraction and compromises safety. I strongly recommend reverting to the previous system, which was more user-friendly and safer for drivers on the road

I don’t like it. never give you the full information about the rider we’re they going &!how. Much it’s this fare ride. So just using it,as no other option

I’m to some extent happier to have a new update that the in-app maps is now available making it more easier to navigate.. However, I’m devastated by the fares paid per single order!! It’s totally absurd to be paid basic for until 3km and for every km travelled further, it is just €0.50????? Appreciate the promotions which helps sometimes but the delivery locations all the way from one corner to other for €6 on average is ridiculous! On the other hand, address shown before accepting the order is in Irish although my system language is set to English and also the location is some random one nearby the actual address.. Support doesn’t help with anything as they are based out in a third party BPO and just hit their targets with irrelevant responses! Flexi Pay ain’t available as well.. Like Seriously Guys!!! If anyone could address these issues and get back with improvements, life would be much easier for everyone!!! A disappointed Uber Eats Driver!!😟

App doesn’t make sound when new trip pops up. Happening from past few months. Must be a bug which is not cleared by developers.

i think should show the english address not in irish we dnt understand the irish bevause of this we cancel alot thanks

I have an electric car and i suppose to get taxi offers as well as uber green offers but i have to change between the settings to get one or the other in cork city but when i go to dublin and work there then both works together .. their so call diamond drivers support wasted my 2 weeks on calls and chat that they are going to fix this issue and they never did

Terrible driver support.Sont care about driver’s feedback. Uploading documents and waiting for authentication is a disaster Not recommended. Support your local app companies instead.

Training Video advises that the nearest car gets offered the job first - NOT true - It goes out to many drivers and its fastest finger first. Training Video advises that the offer stays on the drivers screen for 15 seconds and to just leave it to expire if you don’t want the job - NOT true - the jobs are frequently taken by another driver in a split second before you can touch the screen.

This last update has changed the fees a lot. Basically, long distances paying 3,50! Hope is something wrong with the app and you guys will sort it out.

Need to update the maps sign up with Google so you can have satellite image so we can find places as much easier. Also Uber Black needs to be put back to the top of the platform so therefore people will have to bypass Black to get to the cheaper fairs to improve Black needs to be back on top of the platform so when they open up the platform, Black comes up first, that way it was in the past
