It’s a wonderful idea to use this app to earn the cretic and troublesome passengers are a issue and I wish Uber would take a little time out to listen to their drivers before taking action against them

The app should allow us to message and see messages sent by new leaders accepted while completing your current trip. Oftentimes these individuals have communicated to us drivers through the app however we are unable to see what they’re saying due to us being engaged in the existing trip. If this feature is made available it would make everyone’s life better

We in Jamaica have an issue when it come on to the pricing of the trips some of the trips is really cheap for the distance we go and burnt fuel Jamaica and America currency totally different.also why can’t we see who picking up just like how they can see us ?

The app is great in terms of getting passengers. However, the fees are too low. You’re doing very long distance trips and at the end the final cost doesn’t worth it. Especially the fact that gas price is so high. Increase your fees.

Constantly giving out 30% off coupons and under paying drivers for long trips has made this app third rate at Best compared to InDrive

I don’t appreciate the fact that we don’t have any information about the trip we are accepting. It makes no sense. We are not given the amount we are collecting or the exact pick up and drop off location. It is not like this for the USA users so why is it like that for Jamaicans? Please fix this asap

For the pass three days I’ve been unable to see my earnings in app, tried reaching to uber support to resolve the problem and it has yet to be fixed, uber customer support is the worst.

However, this current practice allows riders to retain access to our profiles indefinitely, potentially exposing us to harassment, stalking, or other harmful behaviors. Given the rising safety concerns in Jamaica, this creates a heightened risk for drivers who rely on Uber to support themselves and their families. To mitigate these risks, I am formally requesting that Uber implement a policy to automatically delete or anonymize driver profiles from the rider’s app after each trip is completed. This would ensure that riders no longer have the ability to access, screenshot, or share our personal information after the trip has ended, thus safeguarding our privacy and reducing the potential for harm. In light of the seriousness of this issue, I strongly urge Uber to act swiftly and legally to implement this policy in Jamaica, in compliance with privacy and data protection laws.
