I’m doing uber delivery in Newzealand. Every time I come early in the restaurant I’m having issues with confirmation pick up and drop off. Even thou I click on I confirmed the order next to drop off. The message popped up “oops something wrong”. I have try my best to re-installed the apps like the agent say but always happens. I have noticed even you arrived at the store earlier this happens. Please check and fix this issues. I have to contact the agent every single time. To end this order. Sometimes I didn’t get pay this week have to wait for next week.
One of the worst app I book my uber one time and they cut my money two times And I also send a request to uber service but they didn’t response to me
I want to stop having those unnecessary 1 million notifications on my phone to report traffic on every single turn. It is so distracting on the road.
Unfortunately 4.487 doesn’t have the Tesla integration functionality that we were promised.
It’s a good app and far better than before. Uber should have to pay $500 bonus after every three months who are qualified in the criteria.
Looks like all the good reviews are fake. Not worth wasting time on customer service. They will respond only what is already written there. Never resolve issues.

Uber Support is worst Support you can get ever. It basically means you are supporting yourself on your own. You raise a issue with them and they will reply after 1 day and will later on ask for some documents when you provide those documents, they won’t reply for another day later on you would need to call them saying I have already uploaded the document why nothing has happened they will say thank you for telling us now we will reply after next 24 hours. It’s just stupid worst support I have ever seen. And this all happen when they say you have earned Priority support being a Uber Pro member Driver. Just so poor Priority support. You keep on asking them something and they will just give you same answers. No solutions to your issues. You just get sick of them.
WORK WITH THEM FROM LAST 2 YEARS THEY TOOK MORE PERCENTAGE FROM DRIVERS AND HAVE MORE PROFIT THEN THERE DRIVES. MANY MORE ISSUES
