Uber - Driver: Drive & Deliver

I had a very disappointing experience with Uber. On September 28, 2025, I booked a ride from The Pearl at around 5:28 AM to the airport, arriving around 6:28AM for my 9:00 AM flight. The driver was Zawar Ali (plate no. 20272). Unfortunately, I accidentally left my Prada cap in the car. The moment I stepped out, I realized it, but the driver had already driven away. I immediately reported it on the Uber app, but the driver never responded or called back. I waited for 3 hours without any update. Even when I tried again the next day, there was still no reply from the driver. I am very frustrated because I clearly reported the lost item and expected a simple response or at least some effort to return it. This shows lack of responsibility from the driver and lack of action from Uber. If I do not receive my item back within 48 hours, I will have to report this matter to the police. This is not the first time I’ve heard of Uber drivers not returning passengers’ belongings, and I am deeply disappointed. I expect Uber to take action and ensure passengers’ trust is not taken for granted.

Hello Uber team, Your commission is supposed to be 23%, but sometimes you take up to 40%. The rates are already low, and after paying for fuel, car installments, maintenance, and company profit, drivers are left with almost nothing. This is unfair and unsustainable. We demand that you stop exploiting drivers. If this continues, the drivers’ community in Qatar will unite to take action against Uber. Please fix this issue immediately

Uber no need to ask driver directly remove rating it’s too bad

Some of rider mental problems they misused their rating options without any reason making complaints

It doesn’t give back the money that’s supposedly mine when i cancelled my trips. How dare you not give me back the money you owe me when it clearly says in the bank that it’s a reversal transaction??

I was paying with a card and Uber robbed me When boarding, I am charged 38 Qatari riyals, and upon arrival I am also charged 67 Qatari riyals and 49 Qatari riyals. They steal money My experience with them is bad and there is no number to call them and ask for money

Using the App in Qatar and auto acceptance is not available in the App.
