Trying to say you sustainable won’t help and is the opposite of what you are too
Too many things to that you have to decide about. Could be more simple like delivery hero, wolt, just eat or others
We ordered two milk teas, Deliver it to Barcelo Sants hotel You guys didn’t arrive at the lobby of the hotel, but they told me that they were in the lobby but they weren’t in the lobby. We were standing in the lobby a long time, we called him one more time to ask where he was, and he told us that he was still in the lobby of the hotel. I was confused and then asked the reception to ask them if they could help the guy to the lobby in spanish. The guy that was going to deliver couldn’t understand, the receptionist spoke english too but he still couldn’t understand. The receptionist guided him to the lobby of the hotel, but he ended the call while the receptionist was talking. After that the receptionist called back again Are you, but he didn’t answer. Right after he cancelled the order and also didn't give a refund. I am a little disappointed of this bad service, because this is the first time I've used this app.
Uber eats it’s such a scam. They have ridiculous delivery policies which never favour the customers. For example, there is a possibility to pre order food for a specific time window, but they allow it to be delivered before that and if you are not at home it’s your fault that you didn’t receive. You are not eligible for a refund either… i wish Wolt was in Amsterdam, they have an amazing and REASONABLE customer support
As a long-time Uber Eats user in Portugal, I've experienced a notable decline in service, prompting me to share my concerns. Despite the high delivery prices and service fees, the standards have dropped significantly. Consistently delayed orders have resulted in cold food, and one instance involved a stolen order after a 1.5-hour wait, with support contacting me at 1 am. Attempts to address issues with drivers through support only lead to scripted responses from bots, offering no practical solutions. It’s nearly impossible to get in touch with a human support rep, and when you do, you receive another scripted response from a template that fails to rectify the poor experience. In light of these problems, I can no longer recommend their services, especially when alternatives like Bolt and Glovo offer better experiences in the competitive market.
Absolutely WORST app and company. They advertise promo codes everywhere, but coincidentally enough they NEVER work. You are left with the choice of deleting the promo and spending 20€ more. This is false advertising and in EU countries, punishable by consumer law.
Why have them then???
This app is charging me for nothing or even without notification u need to be careful guys
