Even after updating to the latest version, I am missing the “+” sign in the app to add multiple stops. Already cross checked with my friends, they are all having the same + sign but i don’t understand the same interface, guess it is a specific glitch? The more frustrating part is that i cannot get help within the channel in the app. The “call support” button is not working, and i cannot find any appropriate channel to seek help except here, not sure what I can do.

起初擔心要call 車會好麻煩，但原來由下載app 到輸入資料到上到車都唔使5分鐘，對於第一次乘搭體驗非常理想👍🏻仲要有車可選👍🏻

Third class app and third class service

The pickup location given to the passenger was different from the one provided to the driver, leading to an inability to catch the ride. The driver did not answer the phone or respond to messages, and yet the passenger had to bear the cost. This is terrible and very poor service. 👎
