The dirtiest uber (an XL at that) I have ever been in No rating applicable

I requested help before and they sent me a link to stop the push notifications. Now I am seeing them again and noticed that push notifications ADS/PROMOS are tied in with push notifications about your taxi ride. They should be separate. We need them for the ride but don’t need them for offers in the middle of the night.

I have used Uber endlessly in Spain with no issues. Rides are always accepted within 5 minutes. This is not the case in Ireland, it is impossible to find rides even for common routes in busy cities. You are just left waiting 10 minutes for it to say there are no riders available. There needs to be a way to pay extra to guarantee a ride at a certain time. It is a great service when it works, but unusable in Ireland as of now.

Excellent service, but got 3 receipts two with card payment failed twice then it was paid a bit confusing as I used the service earlier in the evening and no problem.

Shockingly unprofessional I have photographic evidence of bad language used when Driver refused to admit there was an address fault with the system then falsified contacting me. To make it worse, the support team doubled up and agreed that this was not their fault with no explanation as to the vulgar language used or apology Absolutely disgusting behaviour won’t be using this app and I won’t recommend this

I booked a taxi from hotel in Amsterdam. He parked across dual carriage way. We called him and asked him to come to the address across the road as we couldn’t cross over but he hung up and sped away. We had to book another taxi and got charged for the one who didn’t collect us. Very poor experience.
