Uber in Taiwan is horrible. Literally nobody is accepting the ride request. Horrible service and the wait time is horrible as well.

Comparing to Grab, it’s just not as user friendly.

When I booked the ride, it showed that the price I needed to pay was ₹319 when I reached the destination , it showed i had to pay ₹401 which is 82 rupees more than the price that was originally charged.This has happened twice.Please fix this issue immediately as it is very irritating.

I planned to have Uber pick me up from the airport hotel and take me to the airport terminal, but the app kept asking me for all the arrival information. Since I'm going to the airport for departure, I just picked anything so that Uber can come according to my advance booking. What happened uber?

I had problem submitting card payment.

I have subbed to uber one for their benefits but don’t be led astray as there is no benefits. My rides seems to be more expensive after I have uber one in comparison to my friends who do not have uber one. Free delivery fee does not apply to food order below £25. No rider priority for your food if you decide not to pay for express which is an additional £2-3 to get your food faster on-top of their service fee which is usually £2-3. My last order took 1 hour and 40 min to arrive and it was cold. I paid £31 for cold food and no compensation was given. Download and be scammed at your own risk.
