Complex way of registering new phone
People upgrade their phones every tear so why make it such a headache if I change my cellphone? If I verify with an OTP I should be able to change my cellphone without having to go through this nonsense procedure
App gives too much trouble, features disabled
Poor quality
Terrible app
Asking no resident Pakistanis to verify biometrics at a branch. What is the point or a digital account then? It is absolute terrible how they ask you to do biometrics by using phone camera and after 5 steps it always fails and asks you to verify at a branch. There is no branch where I am, so I can't use the app? So silly.

Frustrating Registration
You can’t put in otp if you don’t have number in same phone☹️. Absolutely frustrating. I have used many apps across world and none has such a frustrating experience zero star
Un necessary finger print verification
They have added unnecessary finger print verifications that does not work. You can make use of authentication apps to make login more secure. Creating account and adding finger prints is somewhat a painful process. Also many people do not have pta approved phones. Getting opt in same phone is also not good idea. Instead you can activate the mobile app through call on helpline.

Cant type the verification code
The verification code received via text when typing it is not accepting something is wrong with this app. I am using it on IOS iphone XR. The code comes on another phone.
Absolute garbage
The worst when it comes to banking. Can't use for 2 hours after any changes to account. The only way to enter OTP is through autofill. Who does that? No desktop web support at all. Must use app only. Absolute garbage
