Absolutely unacceptable. I purchased two lifetime courses from Udemy a year ago, and now neither of them is active. After reaching out to customer service for three months with over 20 emails, I’ve been completely ignored. They promised a callback in November, then vanished without a trace. This is beyond disappointing—it’s appalling. What kind of company treats its paying customers this way? Ignoring someone for months while they’re trying to resolve an issue they paid for is absolutely disgraceful. I expected far better, but this level of unprofessionalism is downright embarrassing for a company like Udemy.
