Always my go-to platform for learning

I have used Udemy for years and learned a lot of useful stuff along the way.

Your new version keep crashing

The new version keeps logging me out, especially when I minimise the video screen during the course.

I couldn’t find my courses in the app

I couldn’t find where my courses are. If the shortcut to “my course” is somewhere in the UI, it’s insane that you guys don’t make it more accessible for users. For that, I’m going to leave a 1-star review solely for the app UI experience.

Can’t change price tag

As a student from Indonesia, I purchased two courses using Indonesian rupiah. However, when I traveled to Hong Kong, the prices were displayed in Hong Kong dollars (HK$). Unfortunately, upon returning to Indonesia, the price did not revert back to rupiah. This situation is indeed frustrating, as it prevents me from purchasing the course I had initially intended to buy.

Streaming doesn’t work

I’m trying to stream lectures running at 2x speed from iphone to chromecast. Whenever a lecture is finished, the tv screen says “waiting for lecture”. Can you fix this so that the following lecture just plays?

Good but have some enhancement request

Generally good tools for learning new skills. While using this app frequently, having the below enhancement can help me a lot: 1. Able to save the cc caption / video speed in user profile level, so that I do not need to set it in my iPhone / iPad / browsers. 2. Refresh the last learnt chapters when apps start up. I watch video in iPad at home and in iPhone while commute. But they always got out sync. 3. Able to go into the course without auto start video. Sometime I want to browse the other title to find the resource I have missed, but always need to wait to load up a video first, waste time and network bandwidth. 4. While changing to iPhone landscape mode, can can make it full screen instead of showing the course section on the right and click full screen button? At least giving a setting for us to choose this behaviour will be great. 5. I have completed a course but it always prompt me to watch the the old video after apps startup. See if we have an option to choose not to show up last video after login. Much thanks !
