Why is it Russian???
Just updated and turned Russian with no option to choose an other language.
Works with lots of issues
Generally works as expected, “capable to play videos on your device”. However it has lots of issues if you download parts of your course, you either do or don’t find it when you go offline. Also lately they are sending clear text emails with login codes instead of using the account password. It’s very annoying and questionable in terms of security. Ah, if you find an issue, good luck opening a ticket. You are paying for the courses but for support all you get is a FAQ where you can read articles.
Doesn’t work
I couldn’t login to my account. iOS 18.2
Downloads Keep falling
It’s a good app but I went to travel and I wanted to learn on the road but the lecture I was eager to learn was keep failing to download. Trust me I tried to close the app, update the app (that just made it worse) , I tried to restart my IPad but nothing worked except uninstalling and reinstalling the app that seems to done the trick for me
Download problem
I can’t download lectures because the download stops before it completes. I tried one lecture and full lectures in the same time but it didn’t work.
Missing auto captions
The automatically generated subtitles haven't been appearing for about 2 days. It was working perfectly until then, but nothing has been showing up since.
Facing issue with app
the app forces a shut down on ios. Please fix it as soon as possible.
No offline capabilities
It is impossible to watch a pre-downloaded course while the iPhone is disconnected from the internet (in airplane mode).
Sing in with apple
Hi there, Sorry, but it does not work. Error message: check your email. I have not got any emails.
