According to their refund policy, they should fully refund you through your payment method in case you're requesting a refund within 30 I requested within a few days. I only watch two videos and they instead of refunding me. They gave me a credit in my account, which is really not fair. I highly recommend to stay away from this app! They have no support only robot who you can chat with

Just to be able to open a support ticket is a headache, and then all of the support reps pretty much ignore what you wrote and tell you to do steps you clearly mentioned you did. Awful. Just. Awful.
I love the app, but the screen cast from an iPhone or iPad is terrible! Sometimes it works sometimes not, sometimes there is an audio sometimes not, and most times there is no video. It’s very useful to watch and cast the course to a bigger screen so it will be great if you can check this out and fix. Thank!!

Hey, you need to add an option to control the size of the captions in videos. The captions are super small.

The font size of the subtitles are too small on the ipad. And there no option to change that…
Oh no!!! Taking screenshots to have notes and important points from courses I HAVE ALLREADY PAID LEGALLY for is too much to handle. Instead of easily taking screenshots here and there, organizing course lectures and notes with photos and demonstrations to gain the best learning experience… Let’s just block the whole thing and treat our customers like criminals. and block it for all of them… even if their learning experience would suffer from it. Such a shame, I used to really like udemy. But I will not but any new corurse for=שכבר
