Hello I’m having trouble in logging in the aap Even after changing password it’s not working Please help

Hi my account was signed out and my course was removed I now have paid for the course that now no longer has access as well as you cannot download any resources for the projects off the app how does this work

Hi there since the latest app update I cannot log in on the app using my FB account. On the desktop / Web App I am able to log in. Please could this be looked at. I have logged a support ticket and await feedback

App support button doesn't work. I have been on the website but there is no contact us option and the help options does not address my issue. My phone was logged in on someone else’s udemy account when I purchased the black Friday special on 3 courses. I am trying to get a refund not a credit on their udemy account. Who can I talk to for assistance?

I have enjoyed learning through Udemy. I have been able to finally learn all the subjects that I have been wanting to learn for years now. The instructions of the courses which I have enrolled in have been brilliant at teaching me the new skills which I have acquired. It is also nice to be able to ask the tutors questions and have for feedback on my work. It has also been great to be able to buy my courses at an affordable price.

No option to view your courses

I tried scrolling through the app I can’t really access my courses which makes the app a little user friendly on the phone. It seems like it’s more focused on making you buy more courses that rather focus on courses you have already purchased

App won’t load

I’ve tried reinstalling the app but it doesn’t load properly. Just loads a white screen and nothing more. I’ve already purchased 2 courses but can’t load the app to actually watch them

App keeps crashing when click on announcements

This is so annoying, seems like a compatibility issue with iOS and iPadOS 15. I am on 15.1 and still the same issue after downloading all updates
