Udrive - Car Sharing & Rental

A little more sober, but still a very terrible company. They don’t vet for the drivers so anyone can be a driver and then if you drop something out of your pocket harassed for money, even though they’re making a wage, I don’t know about any of you but asking for a tip for being a decent human being is a little scummy my eyes so you drive that your people because they’re just taking advantage of drunks you know what they see a little bit of inebriation and it’s like what can I get? What can I gouge money out of these people? I’m gonna ask for a tip of somebody drop something in my vehicle even though we paid a wage just to get home.

Worst experience. The car was dirty and smelly. I booked the car went inside didn’t receive any PIN number and couldn’t start the engine. In the car in 42 degrees trying to figure out how to start the engine. Tried to call the support office no answer.

Before it take 0.50 AED for each minutes without vat now it showing 0.50 AED in the reservation when you finish they take 0.67 AED till 0.70 AED + extra vat 2 hours with u drive it equal 24hours in rent car agency before was very good now it so bad plus extra charge all time

Udrive is the best rental car service in UAE, I really like it . I am sharing a feedback after multiple bookings from different car rental providers.

I would choose Yaldi over Udrive in Dubai as in Udrive u have to pay an upfront 6AED for each ride then you have to pay insurance per minute. I get to have better cars with Yaldi, and low quality cars with Udrive, better customer service, and better availability! I even have a discount that they don’t apply on the total amount including their insurance!
