App has improved a lot in recent years - in Asia it’s a must as the UFC is not always on TV. Works well across phone, iPad and Apple TV. Keep it up!!!

PPV Charge
was charged 3 times for a PPV, UFC and apple both denied refunds. For the exact same PPV, 3 transactions registered within 5 minutes

Can be difficult to search content
Shit userface - terrible app
Was bad previously, after the release last year, is now even worse. So difficult to navigate, and can’t even pay for a fight easily
New interface is horrible
I’ve been using this app for years and had no complaints with it until they changed the interface. The new interface feels like it was created by greedy yet incompetent schoolchildren. First, the greed part: - in the old app, if you purchased a PPV event, you had an option of the display quality at two different pricing. To me, the quality is negligible so I always paid for the cheaper price. Now, they don’t give you an option and surprise surprise, it’s the expensive one. - previously , after you purchased a ppv you had the option to rewatch it. Now, you can’t rewatch it but have to purchase again. Sounds illegal. Now the incompetent part: - the categorisation doesn’t make any sense. They have the same event under “upcoming” and “results” - one event has multiple options from regions to choose from which doesn’t make sense. I’m in Hong Kong and there’s an option for Russia. Wtf - false advertising: currently there’s a banner to watch the replay for Glory 2: collision but when you click on it, it leads you to UFC live tv. Horrible user experience. What kind of Mickey Mouse bush league app company runs this? The ufc really cheaped out and their fans have to suffer for it. Do not download.
