I love the ufc

This is by far one of the worst versions updates in the history of mainstream sports apps. I am a huge UFC fan and I love the brand but I couldn’t have found a worse app revamp than this latest one done towards the end of 2019. I am sure that if Dana White realizes how bad the Fight Pass app is now, he would fire the entire department that worked on it. Lack of basic User Experience flows, disrupted navigation patterns, misplaced information about fighters, horrible listings with some identical naming without the ability to differentiate, terrible time control in the video player, and about hundred parity features were not migrated from the previous version. Not to mention the image lagging, breakages while watching and obnoxious organization of the fight pass module. I mean I can keep going for hours on this. I don’t understand how a company such as the UFC would allow such a product to go out to the market. It’s horrendous. I gave it a chance for 4 weeks and hoped that with the latest update they’d have addressed the bugs but none have been addressed. I took the time to write this review hoping that it reaches some UFC executive and they dig into it because I am sure it costs them hundreds of thousands of USD to build this app, and I can tell you from what i’ve seen, such an app costs at most 5 to 6K USD. 0 thought in the users path, user experience, behavioral placement, sequential content etc... I just cannot believe that such a big company would publish such an app and let it roam on the market for more than 1 month now. It’s really really bad. Hope that they revamp this revamp and ensure that the above points I mentioned are all attended to. Again, I am a huge UFC brand fan and I feel the department that worked on the app has cheated us from a real watching experience with this mess of an app they put out to the marketplace.

Need to be configured for iphone 5 and updated soon

I love and watch all the time. Although when purchasing cards it redirects to the web version and the to espn. Also to find older or more specific fights it is s pain. But if you’re newer to watching Definetly watch some old TUF and UFC TV stuff.

If you want an actual UFC fight library this is it. Release the PPV’s sooner and it’ll get 5 stars

Could use some minute to minute updates on fights but aside from that I love this app.

This app does not work reliably. It is total garbage. The videos lock every couple of minutes even though I have a current subscription. Canceling now!!! You should be ashamed!!!!!!
