Most annoying app ever Cannot log in Asking for feedback every 5 seconds. (Won’t go away even though you finish the questions just to get rid of it)

What a mess of an app! Useless. Error code ‘400’ on Every login attempt. Been a member of UHC long before this app was created! After many failed login attempts with valid UHC credentials, error code ‘400’ displayed - meaning I am not a UHC member. Customer service number …yep, so many menus to go through it finally disconnected my line; so, no joy! Used someone else’s login on a desktop computer to get around this app. So, after the many failed episodes, the app was deleted. Now I’m guessing the error code would be correct after another login attemp by me??? Eh?

Can’t even log in with autofill. Doesn’t provide filter for quicker search.

When I access the text code, the screen goes back to original point and wants to send a new code. Same thing happens with phone verification

I doesn't find doctors, clinics etc... poor made. Expect trouble from the log in to every single search. Miss info in the claims page as well.

Unable to login

I was excited to have a UHC app with the potential to make claims more simply. Sadly, I can’t even login. When I enter credentials, it just goes back to the home screen.
