app crashes

Useless app, one of the worst I’ve ever used. Instructions are unclear, doesn’t do basic functions. Applying for time off never works; my supervisor has to put it in manually because it comes out wrong when I send it…. Can’t change the preselected tiles, and don’t want the preselected tiles… so many more problems. As an app it’s a huge time waster since I always have to go back to my laptop to do anything. I still hate it on the laptop, but at least it works there. So sorry my employer chose this system.

By far the worst app for clocking in and out I’ve ever used. Never works, difficulties logging in are persistent and routine. If your company is thinking about using this app try and get them to switch it is not worth the headache

You can’t put in why you need vacation, like husband appointments.

Duplicate timesheet to next day… that’s all i’m asking for

I don’t right reviews I just hate this app so much and since I’m not allowed to delete it I need to make myself feel better by announcing how god awful this app is. I wish my work did not use it but sadly they do. I don’t have the option to punch in or out of my phone anymore very inconvenient I might say. It’s constantly crashing 👎 and I have to put in my user and pass twice because the first time it says I can’t login 😵‍💫 someone put me in the ring with this app please 🙏
