Fix the app because every day I get locked out of the account and I’m unable to clock in for my employer and this is getting to be a real hassleCould you

Hard to navigate through the app. Some options are non responsive.

I don’t know how y’all managed to do it, but this one, and it’s terrible implementation of workforce management is nearly unusable on a phone screen. It’s truly awful.

Honestly nothing with this app has worked. Pay roll was messed up. Profile settings are not working. Looking at work hours messed up.

I use this app for my part time job schedule. It is not intuitive and I find it frustrating to use. I would have given it 2 stars, but they recently added Face ID log in, which is an upgrade from the previous method. My number one recommendation would be for a calendar integration of some kind.

The app is almost unusable for me. I log in, and then I can’t access anything. It’ll log me out and make me log in again like two or three more times before it’ll let me see anything at all.

The app always signs me out of my account I created i usually use Face ID to be able to open it and access all my information about days I work and I checked again and now I can’t even see it and tried logging back in and it decided to say it’s not valid when that’s why only way on signing back into the app just to know when im working and I can’t even do that I’m screwed

It is impossible to enter date ranges for time off. Each time I get the correct start date and attempt to enter an end date, it changes the start date. Had to go from iPhone to iPad and finally manually key in the dates.

Had it for two weeks still don’t tell you anything
