### ***** "Wish I had this years ago"
The Undivided app is an all-in-organization system for me. It organizes all of the multitude of forms, reports, classwork, and notes that come with having a child with a disability. It has the best articles I can find, and the app breaks them all down and leads me through what I need to do, step-by-step.  It reminds me when I need to start preparing for meetings, and where I should start. It guides me. It lays out how I can prepare for IEP or support benefits meetings- from big issues to super specific ones. I’m beta testing their new IEP Assistant, which is going to be a prep lifesaver and a game changer for all things education. It’s red-flagging goals and different areas of our IEP! I have a teenager, and I wish I could have had this from the time she was a baby. I’m grateful to have something designed specifically for families like ours.

### *---- "Unable to sign up"
This app came highly recommended to me by a fellow parent and unfortunately, I cannot get past the first screen. The first question asks for you to click on one of several options indicating whether you are a parent of a child under 18 with disabilities, parent of an adult with disabilities, etc. I’ve tried repeatedly to select my option and no matter how many times I click on my selection or any of them. Nothing happens. I am able to complete all other fields below without issue, but unfortunately, I cannot progress to the next step until I have selected something from the drop-down menu. Please fix this issue, I am very excited to try this app, but it looks like there’s some kind of glitch going on. I have also deleted and reinstalled the app and still found the issue remained.

This is the best resource I have had in my corner for helping my kiddo through the broken school system. I’m so grateful for all of the support, knowledge, and helpful information that I have received from this app. It is a tool that can help empower parents to make the best choices for their kiddos.

Having Undivided in my corner has been one of the best things. I have the expertise and support I so desperately need to help my son. I can honestly say my son would not have the high level of support at school without them! Both Navigators that I have worked with have been patient, kind and extremely flexible with my schedule- making sure that I stay on top of things and making sure I know what questions to ask:)

I’ve been a member of Undivided for several years. I couldn’t do it without them. I primarily use the app for organizing my child’s school and doctors documents. Having the ability to pull up any document at a moments notice is amazing. So long bulky binder! It makes being prepared for appointments a breeze.  I also utilize their Navigator services and IEP advocacy services. Both have been life changing.  My navigator is a trusted advisor and I really look forward to our monthly boosts.

### ***** "Fantastic App!"
Where do I start with what a great resource Undivided is? The app itself is incredible. I love having all of my kids' information in one place where documents are easy to find and share. There's a section for easy to follow guides written by experts like getting ready for your child's IEP and applying to IHSS. Speaking of experts, they have advocates and specialists available in the areas of education, public benefits, and health insurance. They even have a research team that can create customized reports for you. In the app, you also get access to all of their helpful articles on a wide variety of disability related topics. You can even get your very own Navigator to help you navigate all of the confusing systems that come with having a child with a disability. The Navigators all have personal experience in disability, so they really get it. I have gotten so much support and have learned so much from Undivided. Being part of a community of families that all have kids with disabilities has been empowering and my kids have benefitted as a result.

This website/app is such a great premise but is not executed well.  Navigators don’t show up to scheduled meetings and you can’t move forward without these meetings. Customer service is particularly awful as there is no response to concerns. For families who are looking for support/help this is not a good resource at the moment.
