## UNDOK Description
UNDOK™ is the companion app for your compatible SmartRadio or connected speaker. Use UNDOK to connect your product to your wireless network, set it up and add more products to your home in the future.

UNDOK™ allows you to control key functionality of your device including turning on/off, selecting the audio source, selecting the audio content, playing/pausing, setting the volume and accessing pre-sets.

Supported audio sources include Line Input, DAB, Internet Radio, Podcasts, FM Radio, Bluetooth, Amazon Music, Deezer, Tidal, Qobuz, Napster. The sources displayed in UNDOK will depend on the functionality enabled in your audio device.				

UNDOK™ is also compatible with Spotify Connect so you can play your music directly from your Spotify app into your device. See www.spotify.com/connect for more details.

Die App ist in allen Punkten so schlecht, dass ich völlig abgenervt bin. Warum ich für meinen Sonoro Maestro nur diese App benutzen kann, ist mir ein Rätsel. Beiden Herstellern ist dringend eine Verbesserung angeraten.

Die App hat mir die Einrichtung, vor allem die Programmierung der Senderfavoriten bei meinen SONORO Radios, sehr erleichtert. Wenn ihr noch einen Im- und Export der Listen auf ein anderes Radio in der App (wenigstens der gleichen Baureihe) anbietet, gebe ich gerne volle 5 Sterne :-)

OKTIV ist ein lächerlicher Witz, die App hier ist um Meilen besser, aber eben auch schon alt und teils extrem langsam ☹️

Ich würde dafür auch was bezahlen, Hauptsache es geht hier mal vernünftig weiter.

Ich nutze die App seit 2021 und bin insgesamt zufrieden. Das Einrichten ist nicht so intuitiv, aber wenn man es mal begriffen hat, klappt alles. Schade ist nur, dass es viel mehr DAB - Sender gibt, als angeboten werden. Diese Liste sollte aktualisiert werden.

ist schade denn das Display auf dem Gerät kann man vom Sofa aus nicht erkennen.

Seit einer Woche findet UNDOK nur noch eines der drei Radios.  War vorher recht stabil.  Komischerweise kommt parallel zum Fehler die Aufforderung zur Nutzung des neuen Programms (Oktiv), welches aber auch nicht besser funktioniert.

Sehr instabil im Netzwerk (mesh) laufend, ständige Kontaktabbrüche zwischen den gebildeten Gruppen und zeitweise Lautstärkeschwankungen. Die Einwahl von neuen Geräten ist recht umständlich. 
Wahrscheinlich insgesamt schlecht programmiert. Eine zügige Überarbeitung ist anzuraten, wenn es weiter am Markt bestehen möchte. Wie kann man so etwas nur so schlecht herstellen. Bitte erneuern Sie die Programmierung. Wir waren bereits auf dem Mond, kontrollieren Kernkraftwerke und können so viel mehr. Es geht hier doch nur um synchronisierte Netzwerksignale. Also bitte.
