Better than the earlier versions but still looks like a school project.
Shocking how BAD this app is. 90% of the time you cannot log in because it’s ’verifying your device’. Any time there’s an update Face ID stops working and you have to use the password and turn on biometrics again. Honestly most of the time it just spins at log in and you’re never able to do anything. You’re better off using your laptop and a browser. This app is completely useless.
i rather use web than using this app. this app simply is not working, i set up face ID, and it takes forever to login, everything is slow
Application is very slow and keeps on loading. It takes days to fix bugs. This is inconvenient especially when there are monthly transactions and bills that need to be paid. Example now been trying to load activities from one account and it keeps giving me sign of loading.
The previous version was much better - I do not know why UNFCU spent for the new version!
At first, it’s not showing anymore the available balance but only the one that includes pending transactions. Not convenient at all. Now, it never stop loading the page after accepting my FaceID to login and there’s nothing you can do except closing the app and try again… for the same result. When you expected a better app, this new one is actually worse. It is really time that UNFCU reveals a modern face!

The most recent redesign is not formatted for iPhone SE displays. Single-page screens are taller than what fits on the display, thus the page cannot scroll. This has resulted in the new version’s features pop-up having a confirmation button just below where the display cuts off, and can’t be selected to continue using the app. This renders to app unusable. Closing and reopening the app still brings up the same page that I cannot progress past. I can no longer functionally access this app until this is corrected.
The latest update you get a prompt screen detailing the new features which takes up the whole screen and you cannot close it…
I can’t use the app because the window explaining the new features covers the screen and the button to exit out if that window is too low (outside of my phone screen) so I can’t click to exit.
